I am working to develop a short course on Experimental Design (also known as Design of Experiments or by acronyms like DOX and DOE or even MVT, for "Multi-Variable Testing"). I am interested in corresponding with others who have similar interests and / or who have good sample data sets from the oil ----- (preferably oriented towards production operations, surface facilities and/or refining / processing, but geologic / reservoir problems are of interest as well. I have some of that information and lots of examples from other industries and a few oilfield examples, but I need more examples of oilfield applications. Also, if you have interests / experience / skills in programming in R or in using other software packages (e.g., Minitab, but particularly in R), I am interested in communicating with you.
