How To design storage tank with -110 design temperature ?

Hello
I have to design storage tank with these proprieties?
Substance : Ethylene (E)
Phase : Liquid
Design Temp. (°C) : -110/85
Design Pr. : ATM+ full of water
Capacity of each tank (m3) : 18840
Dimeter (m) x Height (m) : 40 x 15

I've design enormous storage tanks with normal temperature but for this case I have problems with selecting material ....
I would Be appreciate if any one can help me.

Pressure vessel design handbook by Morris has a table around the end on how to chose material based on temperature. I think you will go on stainless steel.

Select material as usual , Allowable stresses & YP shall be modified as per Appdx M, For other requirements follow Appdx -M.

See API 620 and API 625.

BTW, your tank cannot be "atmospheric" designed. By Process, it must be a (low) pressure which shall have (serious) consequences to the junction roof-upper shell.
