Underground piping requirement for seismic zone 4

Is there any special requirement for underground piping in seismic zone 4 or any standard addresses the design requirements of underground piping in gas processing plants .As B31E-2008 (Standard for the Seismic Design and Retrofit of Above-Ground Piping Systems ) is for above ground piping.

Yes, it is. But the phenomena involves are different comparing with seismic response of an above ground section of pipeline.
Here the problem is not the acceleration giving stress and seismic displacement but strain due to ground deformation.
