Need Advise - Career progression

Hi !

I would like to get some opinions regarding my career choice for future . I am basically educated as reservoir engineer but have 4 years experience as production engineer mostly towards production analytics and gas lift solutions (modeling)

Now I want to change my path within my company and I have interest for both Flow assurance/Field development planning and Reservoir engineering which I did my masters in ... I am little bit confuse to what will serve more beneficial for me .. What will be give me more value such that I can be valued more in oil and gas industry in future and being regarded as valuable engineer .. Which field is more value or going to be in future ?

Hope some brothers can give some opinion
