    I want learn about WRC 107 and WRC 297. Going through bulletines seems little complicated. Can anybody help me with some learning material (document/presentation etc.) which will simplify learning process.

    The above paper by Mr.Peng actually explains the approximations and normalisations in-built in evaluation of local stresses.

    Guys, tensile test specimen’s cross sectional area on gauge length is lower than holding end cross sectional area. The location at which sudden change in cross sectional area act as concentration of stress area or stress concentration area?
