If a vessel is manufactured according to ASMe sec VIII div 1 .

FOr Carbon steel vessel if the job is require complete stress relieving .so do we required to perform NDE prior to PWHT or after PWHT ?

what is the code requirement ?

im not been abel to find it for Carbon steel vessel but for High alloy steel the NDE like radiography is after PWHT .

So can any one guide me for this ???????
