Which Control brand do you think has the better price/quality relationship?

Hello,

I work at an enigineering firm in Barcelona, we develop plenty of piping projects both for Industrial facilities or commercial buidings. We usually design with Siemens PLC and equipment but I think it is very espensive for what it offers.

Somebody with experience as an user or programmer whom can give a reccomendation of a brand which offers better price/quality?
