    Oil Water Separator - API 421 and Drainage Design

    I got the API 421 publication 1990. Does Anyone has a more recent information than for The design of Oil-Water Separators? I will appreciate if you can share this information.

    Besides, I need to design a drainage system from Oil Storage Tanks to the Oil-Water Separator. I was researching a design method; however, all the standars are for water drain, these methods use the Manning Equation, but this equation is only for water. Which method do you recommend me?
