There is some change in IBR. Want clearification on this point. Earlier only steam generator and piping up to isolation valve on consumer like reactor, heat exchanger, reboiler etc. were under IBR, now they say consumer connected to IBR piping also comes under IBR, Can any body say what will be scope, can any body please post IBR book. I need it.
