Golden Weld Flanges

Hello Dear Engineers,
My question is about golden weld of a new flange and hydrostatic testing of the weld, i know that there are many flange weld testers up to 250 bar in the markets, but what about the flange body itself? the flange body isn't included in the hydrostatic testing so my concern is: is there any additional in-site NDT that make us sure of the flange body that can withstand operation circumstances besides its certificate ? any usual practice is done for this case ? thank you

Whats your construction code? Check there, normally pre-tested fabricated assemblies do not need hydrostatic testing.
