Problems with panel connections in ETAP 12

Has anyone had trouble connecting a 1Ph-3W panel to circuit from another 1Ph-3W panel? So far, it either changes the subpanel to 1Ph-2W...or, if I add L-N and L-L loads to the sub panel, it won't let me connect at all...???

Could I be missing a neutral setting on the Main Panel Breaker Schedule?

Any thoughts?

I dont know how you receive an error on it but when you use your panels, you set one circuit for example, to be EXT-1, then use a cable and set it to single phase.. with this, you can connect it to another 1ph-3W panel

I understand how to use the EXT handles. I don't get any kind of error. It simply will not connect...or it changes the downstream panel to 1ph-2W.
