Hi, this question seems to stump anybody i asked, it is regarding DROPS (drop objects survey).
Actually the question is, what are the guidelines for DROPS.

Which subsequently expands a whole lot of questions, if it is a standard, which is it so i can go look it up, if it isn't an standard, how does anybody know if they are doing it correctly? I've seen some samples from some private companies providing the service, but the descriptions are way too general if someone wants to ensure DROPS compliance is met.
