Reactor Operational Problems??

currently i am working in refinery and my manager give me assignment to find general operational problems faced in all refinery reactors like fixed bed reactor (NHT) fluidized bed reactor in CCR platforming
KMerox and LPG merox reactors and claus reactor in SRU.

currently i am working in refinery and my manager give me assignment to find general operational problems faced in all refinery reactors like fixed bed reactor (NHT) fluidized bed reactor in CCR platforming-------- For FB Platformer the most important is Water-Chloride balance since it effects product yield, catalyst life, light end production and hydrogen yield.
For CCR ------ Coke lay down, RON, Hopper mechanisim & Severity.
KMerox and LPG merox reactors and claus reactor in SRU. MEROX TM -------- Temperature, Merox reagent, Air injection and mixing air temperaure etc
