Can anyone tell me how to verify the Vendor calculations?

Check whether there's an overstress ..means if there's more than 100% results observed..then it is not acceptable.

The Vendor calcs should either be to a specific code, or should relate results to a code. Verification also takes different forms based on the hazard rating of the vessel, and the local authority regulations. Sometimes are methodology check against the code is OK. Other times you may need to send to an independent 3rd party for a full review.
