Coal Bounded Water on dynamic modeling

Dear All,

Need your help, my development field is gas reservoir and geologist identified unconsolidated sand reservoir with shale, and coal. The shale will be finding after the GWC but coal is above and identified as Coal Bounded Water. I look on Core and Log, coal have highest Phie and the SW is 1. I confuse to define water in coal is moveable or not. Compare to the well test point (DST) in appraisal well and the close to the coal, the water not come out. Appreciate your comments. Thank You.
