Does anyone has some design guidelines (looking for some excel table) on maximum allowable loads (Forces and moments) applied to flange nozzles of different size and pound rating. I mainly need for Non-Rotating Equipment. (For use with pressure vessels, tanks etc)

I understand that Rossheim - Markl formula has some standard guideline on this. But I need to make sure if there is any other standard method to find these loads.
