Effect of silencer on downstream flow profile installed on HRSG stack

ID :3000 mm
Flow:356760(min) to 470520(max ) kg/hr
Temperature:233 to 242 deg.c
Mole.weight: 27.61 to 28.57

Based on above can one help/guide me for below listed points considering stack length of 4 meter

1.There is any flow disturbances occur after flow passings through silencer(i.e.at downstream of silencer)?
2.Minimum distance required at downstream of silencer to become flow in uniform flow profile?

As these information is required for us to meet the US EPA 40CFR60 minimum requirement of 2D (i.e.D refer to internal diameter of stack) at upstream side of CEMS analyzer nozzle which are located the downstream silencer to perform RATA test for CEMS.
