Hi, I'm a junior geoscientist and currently doing a 2D regional seismic interpretation for one deep water settings field in Borneo.
The previous interpretation was done by the operator in 3D seismic cube (.zgy), where the markers confirm correctly to the seismic package.

However, when I try to bring the horizon's traces from the 3D seismic to 2D seismic line, the markers especially in the deeper part were shifted upward and didn't confirm correctly to the previous packages. I have no problem in shallow part, but the deeper part seems a bit confusing.

Is there any possibility that this problem was due vintage mis-tie between 2D seismic with 3D seismic cube? How can we correct this problem in Petrel?
