    For quick calculation:

    let's say we have 3 wells, the latest testing rate of each like A1(200bpd), A2(100bpd), A3(300bpd) => the sum of all the test rates is (200+100+300=600bpd), however,the actual rate we got from the 3 wells was (550bpd).

    Allocation Factor, AF= (Total actual rate / Total test rate) = 550/600

    the allocated rate for each well is:
    A1=(550/600)*200=183bpd
    A2=(550/600)*100=92bpd
    A3=(550/600)*300=275bpd
