Well Petroleum Engineering encompasses upstream operations while your qualification & work experience + degree is related to downstream operations with the exception of EOR. According to my limited knowledge most process engineers, provided that if they have interest in Petroleum Engineering, pursue career or further education in reservoir design & characterization or well head testing. Plus a friend of mine also hold process engineering degree but is pursuing courses in reservoir design without having any experience & according to him both fields are entirely different. Concluding the discussion I will recommend you to search the courses, compare them to your EOR experience & then decide. If Petroleum Engineering is not your passion, search for courses in Petroleum Downstream technology, which are more related to your experience. Plus these are my personal views.
