Hitachi Welding & PWHT guidelines

it's based on 4 standards (13445, 13408, VDTuv and 12952), and it's very very useful, trust me..for every welding & pwht plan I had to do it - in case where are included materials like VM 12, P91, P92, 13CrMo4-5, 304L, 10CrMo9-10, etc. ..and nothing ever gone wrong.... it's from february 2007, and if anyone have newest version, please upload...
