Waste water treatment plant

We are going to set up an ETP (effluent treatment plant) to treat waste water discharging from various processes of refinery. Our water discharge amount is 2400 cubic meter/day. Please help me to know what type of treatment plant is required for this amount of water and approximate costing to set up the plant. It will be helpful if some renowned company's name also provided.

first you need to classify the effluent type: separate efluent with oils and effluents without oils because the oil-water separation efficiency is reduction if you have a lot of water and a litle oils.
