Consequence modelling

Hi professionals
can anyone provide information aboout how to perform consequance modelling (Dispersion, jet fire etc.)for offshore riser which handles well fluid (crude oil) and un-stabilized oil. If anyone perfomed and having modelling report for the same please share it with me.
i would be very grateful if u could upload offshore related modelling reports
