Aspen OTS Framework error

If I'm thinking right, there is still no license for Aspen OTS Framework in licgen (7.3, 7.2, 7.1). It results in error messages when you run this application. If I enter Help - About Aspen OTS Framework - Licensing Information - Current Licenses , I see there 0 licenses in the current list :-(
Is it possible to get data from dynamics to, for example, OPC server in different way, except OTS Framework?
