Dear sambun !! Have you not got it in full in another thread ? This is what happens which I warned you in the thread

when you use multi-threads for the same requirement. As I am not seeing any moderation here, we have to restrain ourselves. Please.

OK, but you can see some friends never visit other forums !!! Ang it take very long time to see requirements from other !
I think a detailed discussion can be started here or in discussion group about excuse given by sambun and issues raised by me and amshah. If flow of posts is restricted to specified forums or people visit forums by "New Threads"/ "New Posts", or people search before raising new requirements, then sambun's excuse is unacceptable. But actually that is not happening and we have to restrain ourselves till things improve.
In my view, this all problem is cropping up because there is no moderating job done in these forums. Ideally, a moderator's job is to control postings. Very first, people should post in one thread only for a particular requirement in specified forum. Too much forum sections also do the harm, actually. But, for example, if there is one forum fixed for Engineering Standards, then there is no question of posting threads in engineering discipline forum. If we do like this, then there is no end of chaos postings. Moderator's or Super Moderator's job is to move out postings in proper forums and delete repeated postings, if people are not behaving correctly. I don't know what are the problems of Moderator or Administrator regarding this, or this forum provider vBulletin allow it or not, but other forum providers definitely allow moving out threads and posts.
Friends, moving out from here, all are welcome to discuss this issue in discussion group :
