I would like to share my information about CCR unit while i will add more data and more comparision between UOP CCR platformer process and Axens Octanizing Process ,i hope from all engineers in this forum add and share and attach more file about CCR

general process Evaluation:
this evaluation based on shaw group Criteria :

i) Side by side versus stacked design
ii) Differences in reformate/hydrogen/light ends yields
iii) Catalyst deactivation and attrition
iv) Ease of maintenance of side by side design
v) Reduced plot plan area requirement of stacked design

and over all process evaluation:

this based on JGC Criteria

(1) Products yields and qualities
(2) Utility consumption
(3) Catalyst consumption (if any)
(4) Equipment size and/or capacity
(5) Royalty and engineering fee
(6) Investment cost
