Casing design for Offshore wells

Dear All

I have been trying to design casings for offshore wells. I would like to know how do you design the casing in a water depth of say 100m from mud line and 20 m air gap. The lithology starts from the mud line and the pore pressure and fracture pressure can be calculated from there only. Hence we can only calculate and design for casings from mud line.
