Hello, ive been reading the API 2218 publication (at point 5.2.3), but i couldnt find anywhere how to exactly determine the dimensions for a fire-scenario envelope...
As API 2218 says, for each kind of hazard concern, there are some horizontal/vertical standard dimensions. But it speaks about 20 to 40ft for fireproofing the equipment (6to 12m)... so how do you determine these distances??? 6 or 12m for fireproofing are very different distances... in fact the double!
