When you install Pipephase 9.1, the manual ebook which include user guides and it application briefs will be automatically install in installation folder. So, please you see in the installation folder SIMSCI\Pphase91\Manuals.

but thess tutorials do not indicate the steps to be followed, they are very generalized and do not clarify to what is use every steps

The Pipephase User Guide contains Chapter 1 Getting Started and Chapter 2 Tutorial which are enough for beginner. Sometime ago, I also started to learn Pipephase by reading this user guide. It states step by step procedure for building a pipeline simulation even for only one example case. I think if you read and learn it effectively you can get the content.
