Cold Bending Pipeline

Dear All Member,
Does anyone can help me ? i have pipeline project, the line pipe using external coated polyurethane with thickness 44 mm and cover by HDPE 10mm thickness, at the alignment sheet drawing there is a field cold bend 18 Deg. what i need to know, is it going to be damage the coating when i do it the field bend using bending machine.

You can refer to ASTM A688 for bending and minimum thickness after bending a straight pipe
