Difference between API 579(2000) and API 579(2007)

Hi, i have a question.

I'm an italian corrosion engineer. I would like to know why in the API 579 of 2000 in the equation 4.2 there is tmin(design calculation) instead in the API 579 of 2007, in the same equation there is tc.

This is only a concrete example. I think that version of 2000 consider how tick of assessment tmin instead the version of 2007 consider tc.
