try to uninstall it using " revouninstaller" then install from beginning

i did ..i finished the installation but the program don't run and there are no message .. plz can u tell me what's the diffrents stages after checking setup.exe and finishing the installation.thks in advance

i get always this message: there are no avalble programs or check security failed.. what's the solution plzz

If you installed all the files from the "Unrar_in_XS5.rar" files in your say C:\Program Files\HTRI\XchangerSuite5? As described in

I don't think you should have the error (I haven't). I can only suggest uninstall and reinstall. Hope this helps.

...thks to ur advice htri suite 5 is running now..but htri 6 still making this message:Xchanger suite was unable to find a valid license..shall i use the same unrar folder "Unrar_in_XS5.rar" as i did to suite 5????????????

Yes after installing HTRI6 you use the files in the "XSuite6 by VALS(only Xace)" and then the HTRI files from the Unrar_inXS5 in the "missing" folders/modules - say Xist. As mentioned by maeng in this thread:

I have downloaded this ******* but I dont understand how to fix that HASP device...
Can you tell me how to use the folder named "Net Disk" to fix this problem..???
and how can we insert properties of Hysys and other software in Htri 5.0..???
