ASME Section VIII Division I, II, III

Hai Friends,
I need help regarding the ASME Section VIII Division 3
Please friend someone explain me where we need to use ASME Section VIII Division 3, and any software use this division for the designing. It seems written as alternative rules for desiging the high pressure vessel, so whenever we need to design high pressure vessel we need to use this one or we can employ other two division also.

i have one more doubt regarding the pressure value input to the pvelite softwares, if the design datasheet tells the pressure is ful of liquid what is the design pressure we have to input in the softwares or otherwise anywhere there is a option to put the design condition as full of liquid.

There is any minimum thickness for the vessel fabrication, say if the calculation tells 1mm plate is enough to withstand the pressure and other loads, then what should be the plate thickness to be used in the fabrication because for API 650 tanks it mention that we need to use a minumum thickness of 5 or 6mm, in the same way in asme whether their is an requirements.

hi friend we need to use division 2 if pressure exceed more then 5000 psi to 10000 psi and if pressure goes more then 10000 psi we will go for div 3 it will be found in div 1 wich to be used and where to be used .we can use division 2 instead of div1 but div 2 is too costly manufacturing but much safety.

for minimum thickness of plate u see div 1 UG-16 it will be clearly given my friend.

i don't know pressure for full liquid condition. i know temp for steem out condition and full vaccum condition.....if u found to know kindly share me .........
