I want to know what is the suitable type of level transmitter to be use for level measurement of crude oil tank?
also the best way for F&G detection?
what is the Standard used for crude oil Storage tank instruments?

Depends . Are you looking for a point level like a level switch? Some of the later guided wave radar probes can measure the top of fluid and an interface between oil and water. These require the mating flange to be large enough to prevent interference. If you don't have a flange and if the tank if fiberglass, you can use a non contacting radar or ultrasonic which doesn't have to touch the process. If you are budget tight, consider a differential pressure type level gauge. Check out

Non contact radar will be a good choice for crude oil storage tanks, mainly due to accuracy, fast setup and low maintenance.

However, if you want to remove the water content of the crude oil, you might consider a guided wave radar with an interface probe because when the crude level stabilizes, separation naturally occurs with water collecting at the bottom of the tank beneath the oil. Then you will know the height of water you need to remove.
