I do not understand what is the purpose of leading us to a site where what is being offered is nowhere in plain sight. Maybe increasing the traffic of that site? Perhaps I am being to harsh on synan54 and he has a valid argument. Or we just do not know how to search for it.

Anyway, I searched and found the book Wastewater Engineering, Treatment and Reuse (4th Ed.). I have just downloaded it. It has Chinese characters printed on the pages header and in some other places as well as a watermark. I browsed it and the English language information is legible.
