I was wondering if there is the design of disks for large (size DN1200 and above)butterfly valves. Simple and bi-plane type disks.

Dear All,

Could anyone explain me what is block and bleed service gate valve?

per standard, the soft seat insert shall be on the seat ring but the valves received soft seat insert is on the wedge and during the field hydrotest the soft seat insert was sheared off from the wedge.

could any one help me to find out any books related to this?

however i have searched in the web, and eveywhere its says about double block and bleed valves and our case is not this.
