but the Fire and explosion guidance,just part 0, part1 & part 2, how about part 3? can you unload it further?thanks a lot.

To date I'm not aware of part 3 being published. The referenced Project should have been completed and part 3 included as part of the "Fire and Explosion Guidance", 2007 published by Oil & Gas UK (formerly UKOOA).

Should anybody have this doc at disposal would be greatly appreciated.
