I believe it is related to your gas properties - with so little change in formation volume factor over the range of 14.7 to 8,000 psi, there is little expansion happening. Modify your PVDG table to be something like the below and I think you'll find a far greater recovery factor due to the increased expansion
Note: Eclipse extrapolates gas FVF by a pressure vs 1/Bg method, so it's good to check this relationship to make sure it is smooth
Also note that your initially defined gas viscosities were too high
