currently im working as an application engineer in emerson. But basically im a chemical engineer. my question is can i change my profession to process engineer, because i want to deal with more of chemical technologies going around.......

plssss some one help me ..... some say application engineering is more of mechanical oriented ....... im afraid that i cant return to my chemical engineering world......

also pls furnish the basic things that i have to study to become a good chemcial process engineer
