Can anyone of you help me in performing calculations of Fault Tree in RELEX 2009?
I need help to understand the table, particularly the frequency units used
I have gone thro GETTING STARTED guide of the software but even following the instructions given, it does not provide accurate results in term of frequency of the top event.
