Safety and Fire Captain

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION.
ü Degree / Diploma of Qualified Fire Safety Science or equivalent.
ü Memberships in Professional and Honorary Societies.
ü Minimum of 10-15 years experience in refineries or petrochemicals. Ability to work in shift system.
2. TECHNICAL SKILLS

ü Good Computer Skills.
ü Risk Assessment and safety auditing.
ü Develop and review safety policies.
ü Daily monitoring of site safety and safety reports and implementation of company safety policy.
ü Good knowledge, experience in fire training.
ü Excellent in fire drills scenarios and follow-up all associate reports.
ü Knowledge of Process Safety Management OSHA / NEBOSH regulations.


3. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

ü High level Experience in the Fire frightening Sector.
ü Excellent experience in fire trucks operation.
ü Excellent experience in safety equipment.
ü Experience of Working in a Fire Engineering Team Delivering Advice on Fire Safety Strategies.
ü Monitor and report on key performance indicators for health and safety and environmental..
ü Experience in continuous site inspections.

Safety and Fire Chief

1- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

ü BS University Degree in Fire and Safety Science or equivalent.
ü Memberships in Professional and Honorary Societies Safety and Fire
ü Minimum of 15 years experience in refineries or petrochemicals.

2- TECHNICAL SKILLS

ü Carrying out Risk Assessment.
ü Excellent in safety auditing.
ü Excellent of the work permits systems.
ü Ability to develop and review safety procedures and policies, including emergency response plan.
ü Good knowledge, experience in fire training and Fire prevention.
ü Experience in plan, organize and conduct fire drills scenarios and control all associate reports.
ü Review of the Modifications Proposals and new facility construction against the standards of Occupational Safety and Health
ü Participation in Hazop studies.
ü Knowledge of accidents / Incident investigations and root causes analysis concepts.
ü Knowledge of Process Safety Management OSHA / NEBOSH regulations.

3- EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

ü High level Experience in the Fire Engineering Sector.
ü Project management input to risk assessments and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
