I have X and Y cordinates and also MD (not TVDSS) of the wells i have read manuals of Petrel but don't get how to build a surface map ... in Geographiz it was not so hard )

If u have 3d seismic interpretation, u can create the surface from utilities processes / Make-Edit surface process

Or i think if u have well logs , u can correlate them and define the formation tops and then use the tops points to create the surface using the same process(from Utilities)
if u can tell me all the data u have i can see if there is another way

Both ways will create a 3D surface for the formation u defined if u want to see amap view of the surface, create anew map window and display the 3d surface

may be there is another simple way, I'm just a beginner like you, but try and tell me
