PRO/II Simsci 10 with HTRI

Actually, I'm just trying to retrieve properties from PRO/II 10.0 to HTRI v6.0 for an ex-changer rating. But when I select the property package of PRO/II it says proii.ini file is not found and I have already selected proii.ini file. I don't know why it is saying so. Kindly help me in this regard.
1. Can anyone post link of SimSci PRO/II 8.1 version here? so that I can try the back dated version with HTRI v6.0.
2. or Can anyone post HTRI 7.3 (newer version) may be that work fine.
3. Or any other solution.
