How to Dump MiPower 9.1 Dongle

I have MiPower 9.1 with Dongle and want to dump dongle for limited share.
Tried HASPHL2010.exe for Hasp dongle emulator but getting error -19.
It is Sentry/Cypress Dongle.
Anyone who can help to dump the dongle?

Multikey is for emulating already dump file. Not for dumping dongle..

I agree with you especially dumping dongle will work for windows 64 bit

I agree but you cannot dump is if the driver is not recognized especially in 64bit system.
