Multiply by 0.216 if: Pc (psi), IFT (dynes/cm), k (md), phi (fraction) as shown in attached pdf which was extracted from Ahmed - Reservoir Eng Handbook, 3ed.
PS: in the attached pdf, the author seems to forget the term "Cos (theta)", but since this is dimensionless the constant 0.216 must remain the same. Simply include Cos (theta) in the eq.
