I will scan and upload what I can, when I can; however, just to be clear, I don't believe that there is any content in this book not covered in the two previously mentioned. In fact, my preference is to use Fundamentals of Heat Exchanger Design or the HEDH for reference.

Yes, you are right. But my interest is for boiler design which he might have covered in this book.
