Our company is in manufacturing of gas metering and pressure reduction station. The client requires an operational uncertainity calculation for the whole skid.
Can anyone please clarify what is meant by uncertainity calculation. What is the difference between operational and design uncertainity calculation.
If this has to be calculated based on calibration of individual instruments, then what about the operations of valves and shutdown valves whose factors has to be considered in calculation of operational uncertainity calculation.
Is there any softwares available which can guide for this calculation??
