Need Help With Pressure Gradient Calculations in Multiphase Flow System

Does anyone have any software or programmed spreadsheet which i can use to easily calculate pressure gradient in a multiphase flow system (gas and liquid) using different correlations?

I found it very confusing to compute correlations given in books by myself.

Please help me for those who can.
