Here is Neplan 5.5.3 fully working

(The only missing part are the libraries (which are not part of install file and help file of course), if some one could provide them?)
The ------ is the same for 5.5.4, only new key is needed

We need the HELP folder for the installation, as only the licensed installation has it. Maybe someone has it in work or university and can copy and share? I'm not talking about the library, this will be great but the HELP will be also very good and useful.
