could anyone give me a hint with the WellPlan crash? the error is "templatecontainer executable has stopped working". is there any way to fix it?

which version are you using?

the version is 5000.1.10.0

O.K.

Disable your virus scanner and then reinstall 5000.1.10.0-update.exe.
This should fix the problem

It doesnt work for me. Please help me. I really need to work on WELLPLAN and this bug occur all the time.
I have reinstaled this 5000.1.10.0-update.exe. but bug still occur.
I will be very greatfull if you help me somehow

Did you disable the vÃ*rus scanner, when you installed the *****.

Yes, i have disabled virus scanner
